The Brief.
Lewis Moberly came to Thrivve with 2 crucial key hires that they had needed to fill for some time, having previously used contingency recruitment companies with little or no success. They started to believe that this person did not exist in the market, creating a strain on the existing senior team and were concerned it could affect company morale. Thrivve were brought in on a retained and exclusive basis. Our strategy was to target search the best candidates from their competitors and similar companies. Within 12 weeks we were able to place exceptional talent for these crucial roles.
