The Brief.
BBL/P’s chairman approached Thrivve to assist in the Search for a Senior Associate. This was a challenging brief that required a candidate with a very niche and particular skillset. Thrivve worked closely with the business partners and their high profile luxury client, who was also involved in the decision making process. Thrivve managed to accomplish this difficult brief receiving feedback of surprise and astonishment from having secured a candidate with the required niche skillsets.
